Annual Strawberry Jubilee

Serving begins at 4:00 pm with Strawberry Shortcake and Ice Cream for $3.00.  You won’t want to miss the Strawberry Eating Contest.  All proceeds will go to the Building Fund.  Ken Kurtz and Dave Tuckey will be making a special appearance.  The Browns are a very talented family; playing violins, guitar, mandolin and, of course, great singing.

NQC Trip

3 Nights – 4 Days – 4 Concerts

We are putting together a trip to go to the National Quartet Convention in Louisville, Kentucky again this year.   Cost:  $419 per person (Dbl Occupancy).  Includes motorcoach transportation, lodging & concert tickets.  If you are interested in joining us for this excursion or need more information, please contact us.  Payment is required by July 26.

Serving begins at 3:30 pm with the dinner including roasted pork & ham, baked beans, potato salad, roll and drink for $7.  Tickets will be available on August 2.  Driven Quartet will be making a return visit to the Gospel Barn on this night.  All proceeds will go to the Building Fund.

Building Project Update

During the past several weeks, we have been continuing to plan and prepare for the improvement and expansion of The Gospel Barn facility.  We have received donations totaling just over $32,000 to date.  Work to the building is being done.  Just recently, the chimney was rebuilt and we also added another stall in the ladies restroom.   

Going forward, please consider the improvements and expansion with a financial contribution.  At this time, we are really trying to achieve the first part of our plan with the lobby expansion.  This plan would also include a new roof over the current lobby, which is drastically needed.

We are content to proceed with a patient perseverance and let God work and provide through great supporters.  Your help is needed.  Remember that your contribution can be made directly to Gospel Barn Music, Inc. or through the Hillsdale County Community Foundation (tax-deductible).  Every donation makes a difference as the work of the Lord is being done.  Hearts and souls are lifted and lives encouraged by this great gospel music we are so privileged to have here at this wonderful place.
